Timeless Treasures, Gifts & More was started in 1999 by my husband and me in our hometown, Oxford, Massachusetts. You could almost say the store was started on a whim.

After years of working in corporate America, I was laid off. Tired from traveling around the country week in and week out, I took a little time off. Soon I started looking for a new job, only to realize I had too much experience and too little education for similar paying positions in my area. With so much time on my hands, I resurrected a dream of owning my own business. I started to look at rental space, I started looking into products, I started to look into startup costs, but the deal breaker was when I went to inquire on a resale license. I was told it took 10 minutes and 10 dollars, both of which I had. I went home that day and told my husband, "We are opening a store!"

Over the years we have grown from a one room store to five rooms. (Which is a good thing since I am usually stuffed to the rafters with new merchandise.) (hopefully those who are visiting are shaking your heads yes..)

During the time we were growing the store, we also grew our family. Blessing our lives in 2002 was our daughter Olivia. The new "CEO" of Timeless Treasures, Gifts & More..

Between being a mom, wife, and business owner (and now web designer?), I have a busy life but, I would not trade it for the world. I get to fill people's lives and homes with treasures. What is better in life than that!
